Aura Catalyst respects privacy and confidentiality. This page explains how website information and Diagnostic Snapshot requests are handled.

Website information

When you submit a form, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, request type and message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, manage Diagnostic Snapshot requests, and share relevant follow-up related to Aura Catalyst services or products.

Offline / anonymized review model

Aura Catalyst works from offline, sanitized exports only. We do not request access to client systems, live databases, portals, credentials, Aconex, Oracle, SAP, Primavera, internal Power BI workspaces or other enterprise platforms.

Important: Do not send confidential project files, employer/client records or sensitive information unless they have been properly sanitized and you are authorized to share them.

What to remove before sharing a sample

Project names, package names and confidential location references.
Names of individuals, email addresses, phone numbers and employee identifiers.
Contract numbers, client references, internal document IDs and commercial values.
Contractor, consultant or stakeholder names if they are sensitive. Use generic labels such as Contractor A, Consultant B, Zone 01.

What can usually remain useful

Dates, status, category, discipline, priority, age, response duration and closure fields.
Generic issue descriptions that do not reveal confidential project details.
Aggregated counts or anonymized trend data.

How information is handled

We do not sell your personal information. Information submitted through the website is used only to operate Aura Catalyst, respond to enquiries, manage requests and process product or service transactions.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable laws and practical limitations.
